Simon is an educator, author, and advisor passionate about helping individuals and organizations achieve sustainable growth. He serves as a Professor of Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Mount Royal University and directs the Growth Compass.

With over 25 years of experience in business strategy, James is on a mission to find and recruit the brightest companies to our program. His hands-on experience with his own startup gives him a unique edge, helping him connect the dots between the challenges businesses face and the tailored solutions our program offers.

Gabriela excels at understanding business leaders' needs and developing programs to meet those needs, having conducted over 200 customer interviews. She thrives on combining innovation, human psychology, and data to exceed customer expectations and drive business transformation through technology.

Pablo Garcia is the Operations Lead for Scaleup and Growth Programs, leveraging over 15 years of experience in operations and business management, including a strong background in quality management and process improvement in the life sciences industry.

Jack, a Mount Royal University alumnus with a Bachelor's in Business Administration, excels in coordination and detail management. Since joining in 2022, he has been instrumental in ensuring smooth program delivery at Growth Catalyst.

Emily, a Mount Royal University graduate with a major in Marketing and a minor in International Business and Entrepreneurship, is passionate about design, branding, and international relations. She enjoys honing her marketing skills within Calgary's startup ecosystem and exploring the challenges of creating her own business, Meyli.

Brittney, the driving force behind recruitment and ecosystem development, excels at transforming organizational challenges into strategic opportunities. As a skilled problem solver and experienced consultant, she is dedicated to identifying ideal participants and guiding them seamlessly through the program process.
