Kassidy Gerhardi

Kassidy, who joined the team in April 2023, serves as the Marketing Coordinator at Growth Catalyst. Known as the resident storyteller, she is dedicated to connecting with business leaders and crafting compelling narratives that highlight how the program addresses key challenges and drives success. Kassidy's customer-centric approach ensures that the stories she shares resonate with the right audiences, effectively showcasing the program's impact.

A Mount Royal University alumna, Kassidy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Marketing and double minors in Innovation & Entrepreneurship and Finance & Economics. She is also a winner of the 2023 LaunchPad Pitch Competition, reflecting her entrepreneurial spirit and expertise.

In her role, Kassidy leads client acquisition strategies, focusing on recruiting established companies eager for their next big growth opportunity. Her passion for scaling businesses, combined with her experience as a founder, drives her commitment to fostering connections within the entrepreneurial community and ensuring the program's message reaches its intended audience.
