Program FAQs
The Growth Catalyst Program spans ten in-person, 8-hour module delivery days over seven months. While this is the core commitment, we recommend dedicating additional time each week for leadership meetings to discuss readings, assignments, and module insights. Many successful alumni continue these meetings beyond the program, using them to maintain a strategic focus beyond daily operations.

The curriculum is built around the 7 Scaling Strategies™, each with a dedicated module. These modules cover critical areas such as purpose and vision, leadership, customer profiles, innovation, sales and marketing, operations, and financial health. Together, they provide a comprehensive roadmap for sustainable business growth.

Application FAQs
To start the process, complete our online application form to see if your business is a good fit. If you qualify, we’ll reach out to gather additional information, help you establish your Strategic Growth Team (SGT), and guide you through the pre-onboarding process.
Eligible businesses should generate 7 to 8 figures in annual revenue, and have proven product market fit. We require at least 2 delegates to participate in the weekly sessions, and your business should aim for a growth rate of more than 20% year over year.
If you meet the minimum requirements, we’ll carefully evaluate your business as a whole. We look for delegates who are eager to learn, adaptable, collaborative, humble, and ambitious, ensuring they can make the most of the Growth Catalyst experience.
You’ll engage with our distinguished faculty from day one. Each of the 7 modules is led by an experienced subject matter expert, providing your SGT with invaluable insights and guidance throughout the program.
