Peter Fenwick is the Director of Scaleup and Growth Programs, where he brings a wealth of experience and a unique approach to fostering innovation and growth. Joining the Institute in 2022, Peter is known for his ability to inspire teams to push boundaries and embrace creativity, making a significant impact on the program's participants.

With a diverse background that includes leadership roles in both the private and public sectors, Peter has successfully guided organizations through major growth and transformation. His career highlights include having led a GE Healthcare business from $60M to $100M over less than three years, and played a key role in the expansion of Ohmeda from $6M to over $50M. His strategic insight is shaped by a non-linear career path that spans roles in strategy, sales, and major initiatives across various industries.

Peter’s academic credentials include an MBA from the Kellogg-Schulich program and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Queen’s University. He also holds professional designations as a Certified Health Executive and ICD.D. In the Growth Catalyst program, Peter leverages his deep expertise and innovative mindset to create a dynamic learning environment that helps business leaders unlock their full potential and achieve sustainable growth.
