Pablo Garcia

Pablo Garcia is the Operations Lead for Scaleup and Growth Programs, bringing over 15 years of experience in operations and business management to ensure that each program participant feels valued and supported. With a Master's in Biomedical Technology and a background in the life sciences industry, Pablo is a seasoned expert in quality management, process improvement, and project management. His strong scientific foundation enables him to deeply understand and address the unique challenges faced by businesses in this field.

Before joining the team in June 2024, Pablo served as the Associate Director of Operations at Enveric Biosciences Inc., where he managed the end-to-end operations of the Canadian entity, including procurement, IT, CAPEX, and human resources. He played a pivotal role in the research and development team, contributing to the company's mission of developing novel therapies for cancer and mental health patients. Prior to that, Pablo held various leadership positions at AGAT Laboratories, where he successfully grew the division's revenue by 30-40% year over year by expanding testing capabilities and supporting sales efforts.

In his role as Operations Lead, Pablo is dedicated to delivering operational excellence and ensuring a top-notch experience for all participants. His passion for innovation and efficiency drives him to continuously improve program delivery, making sure everything runs smoothly and participants achieve their goals with the highest standard of quality.

Outside of work, Pablo is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt who enjoys teaching at Wiley Jiu-Jitsu YYC and spending time with his family and his energetic German Shepherd.
