Dr. Simon Raby is the Academic Director of Scaleup and Growth Programs at Mount Royal University’s Institute for Innovation and Entrepreneurship and the Founder of Growth Compass. He designed and piloted the Growth Catalyst program in 2020, applying evidence-based insights to support SME growth.
